White Elephants in the Sky

 Shirt:
Bershka
Jumper:
 Rokit
Jeans:
Top Shop
Shoes:
 New Yorker
Clutch Bag:
 Ebay
Shades:
Camden Market

This is my second post showing off my ripped jeans. However, this time I paired it with my fav jumper from rokit, white high heels and a very futuristic metallic clutch bag from ebay.
I kinda felt that today was the right day for one-color layering and there was definitely no better choice than my white elephant in the sky jumper to give my outfit a "blue-phase" look.
At a quick glance the printlooks like clouds , however, once one looks at it long enough the white elephants become very clear. I usually don't really go for printed jumpers but the elephants, the soft blue colour and feel as well as style made me want to buy it and wear it all the time.
The clutch bag only arrived yesterday and it is already one of my fav items, I love its colour, its futuristic look, its shape and its feel. It is extremely versatile and goes with everything as it basically has no colour but at the same time reflects every colour one is wearing. Another plus: in sunny weather it glitters like a rainbow in the light. It is also a light-weight and therefore easy to hold and very spacious eventhough it basically looks like an envelop.
I love round shades as they remind me of the 90ies and I am a 90ies child plus Ive only bought them today for £5 at the market and I am already obsessed with them.

I had a great day at Camden Market and bought a few new vintage items which I will soon be showing off on my blog. However, the day did end on a sour note, when I dropped my S4 for the second time and completely cracked the screen rendering it utterly useless but the worst part was finding out that I am not insured and therefore might be forced to buy a new very expensive and for me non-affordable phone.

Anyways, for now I am without a phone but with great new clothes, shades and accessories....I guess no one has it all...thanks for sparing a moment to read this post xxx

Me and Pink Floyd...

T Shirt:
Primark
Leather Shorts:
Funky Town
Platforms:
H&M

Leather is soooo in at the moment and I have definitely stocked up on all items leather such as these shorts. They are my newest find from Funky Town, a vintage shop in Camden Market, which is one of my favourite places to shop because it has everything from old to new, basic to weird and ordinary to quite extra-ordinary.
The t-shirt, on the other hand, is from Primark, which is a shop I haven't bought anything from for ages. However, as I was passing it on my way home on Saturday I just popped in to have a quick look and amongst all the usual Primark stuff I found this gem of a t-shirt. Although I like my band t-shirts old and used, I couldn't resist to buy this one.
The platforms I had to wait for a long time as every time I went into H&M to buy them, they never had my size, so I had to order them online. I loooooove loooove loooove them and am already thinking about other outfits I can upgrade with them.
That's it for todays post. I hope you enjoyed reading it. Please leave comments if you have any...thaaaanks

Rippers with Boots...

Jacket: Camden
Top: H&M
Jeans: Top Shop
Boots: Ebay
Bag: Pull & Bear
Choker: Ebay
Rings: H&M
Shades: V-Festival

Today, we decided to stroll to Covent Garden for a snog frozen yogurt (I loooove frozen yogurt) and because we knew how much fun it would be we took my two pugs (Rupert and Betty) with us too (they had a great day btw). It was kinda difficult on the tube with them, as they get very hot due to their squashed face but apart from that it was a really good day. We started off with a bit of lunch, then moved on to snog (got my pic taken for a fashion mag) and walked from their to Tottenham Court Road. However, there was a huge crowd waiting to get on to the train and there was no way we were gonna do that to Betty and Rupert and so we walked to Holborn and finalllly got home.
Even though it was a long day, I still found a place and energy to take some pics of what I was wearing today. It was the perfect weather for layering but also ripped jeans and I definitely looove these jeans from Top Shop. They are a very pale grey which is unusual as the majority of ripped jeans around these days are blue or white. I purchased the top very recently from H&M and I love its leather detail and mix of fabric. Plus, since it is very thin, it is extremely comfy so I guess it is gonna be featured again in betty's boutique. Similarly, the shopper is also a very recent purchase from pull&bear and I haven't been able to put it down since I got it. It is extremely spacious, soft and adds style to any outfit in a heart beat with its leather body and plastic rim.

And that's all I have to say about today's outfit. Right now I am chilling with a cup of tea, trying to recover from the long day I had, while Betty and Rupert are snoring the night away.
I hope you like it and I hope you had great day too today.

thanks for reading

"Women think of all colours except the absence of colour. I have said that black has it all. White too. Their beauty is absolute. It is the perfect harmony."
- Coco Chanel

Black or white is the question and the answer is always both together. The monochrome is here to stay, being simple and chic at the same time it sprinkles every outfit with a the dust of sophistication. Plus it is not only extremely wearable, regardless of shape and size, but also makes you instantly look polished and ready to go.

Dungareeee.....

Hat: River Island
Jumper: Ebay
Dungarees: TopShop
Necklace: H&M

I have always wanted dungarees and I've finally found some really nice, soft and very light ones from TopShop. Their lightness makes them great for the summer but they can also be worn when colder, all that is needed is a jumper.
I just realised that I have forgotten to take a pic of my shoes...sorry... They are dark blue, suede, platform sneakers which I bought on a holiday in Bordeaux. I was surprised to find that they were the exact same colour as the dungarees and once I had added the red socks it all made sense.
The shoes, by the way, can be worn with a lot of different outfits and they can make every "just-woke-up-can't-be-bothered" outfit look stylish and cool. Since they are sneakers (really) one never looks over-dressed when rocking them around town.
I will deffo be wearing the dungarees and the shoes a loooot more this summer...I so cant wait for the summer...

Before I move on to other things, I also want to apologize for the pics. I was trying to play around with my new phone and was unaware that I was compromising the quality of the pics.
